Lewis Kemp
Lightbulb Media
Lewis Kemp
Personal branding was all the rage a couple of years ago, but recently it’s lost its way. Our social feeds are now filled with made up hiring stories, self-quoted tweets, ChatGPT carousels, and generic advice from gurus promising to take you to “6 figures in 90 days”. They’ll tell you it’s the only way to grow online, but that simply isn’t true.
Lewis is the CEO of Lightbulb Media – a creative performance agency based in Manchester. Since launching in 2018, they have generated over £100m in revenue for brands across the UK, USA & Europe through a combination of social media marketing, content creation & paid advertising.
He has built a network of over 30,000 followers on LinkedIn by sharing fluff-free business & marketing advice, peppered with a generous helping of Northern humour. Despite not fitting the traditional “professional” mould or jumping on any of the hottest new trends, he has managed to build a thriving, fully inbound business, simply by showing up confidently, consistently, and unapologetically online.
If you’d like to hear Lewis speak on ‘How To Be More Confident’, join us on the Grow Stage at TwentiesFest!

anti-ordinary
Like the TwentiesFest branding? Well we are the team behind the design!
As a brand new festival, TwentiesFest needed a full brand identity. The brief was to be loud, gender neutral and have visual impact in both digital and print. As well as this, it had to give a vibe of what the festival would entail, as it’s the first of it’s kind in the UK.
We think we did a pretty good job!
If you like what you see, come say hi to us by the goodybag station at TwentiesFest.
